Ceremonial meeting dedicated to the President's Day of the Republic of Tajikistan and the 32nd anniversary of the Session of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Tajikistan at Amonatbonk

On November 15 of the current year, the State Unitary Enterprise “Savings Bank of the Republic of Tajikistan “Amonatbonk held ceremonial meeting dedicated to the President's Day of the Republic of Tajikistan and the 32nd anniversary of the Session of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Tajikistan at Amonatbonk.
This meeting was attended by Mr. Salimzoda A.A. the Chairman of the Board of the SUE "Savings Bank of the Republic of Tajikistan "Amonatbonk"" Rizvonzoda F.Z, Deputy Chairman of the Board, heads of structural units of the Bank and Davlatshoh Mahmudov, the lecturer of the Tajik State Pedagogical University named after Sadriddin Aini.
First, the Chairman of the Board congratulated all attendees on the President's Day of the Republic of Tajikistan and the 32nd anniversary of the Session of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Tajikistan. He noted that it is a great national holiday, a day of expressing the love and gratitude of the Tajik people for the merits of the founder of peace and national unity – the Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honorable Emomali Rahmon.
It should be noted, that at the same time, on this day, another important historical event took place in the political life of independent Tajikistan, which has a saving value in the future destiny of the country and nation. This fateful event is the 16th Session of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Tajikistan, which was held on November 16, 1992, in extremely sensitive, difficult and fateful conditions, where Emomali Rahmon was elected as the Chairman of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Tajikistan.
In the continuation of it Davlatshoh Mahmudov, the lecturer of the Tajik State Pedagogical University named after Sadriddin Aini delivered a speech and expressed that in the recent history of Tajikistan, one of the brightest pages of political history can rightfully be considered the acquisition of state independence. The best and most important action for the development of the country’s independence is the holding of the 16th session of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Tajikistan (twelfth convocation) on November 16, 1992 in the Arbob Palace in the ancient city of Khujand.
In the end it was noted that thanks to the personal initiative, strong will, and efforts of President Emomali Rahmon, the senseless fratricidal war and the disintegration of the state were halted, the separation of the Tajik people on ethnic grounds was ended. The idea of peace and national accord, put forward by the President of the country, has been widely supported by all the nationalities living in our republic.
